Lovenotes Dating, is owned and operated by Blink Photography Limited, which is a company registered under New Zealand Law and having its registered office in Whitby, Porirua, New Zealand.
This internet dating services website is currently available for singles in six countries so is subsequently for dating New Zealand, dating Australia, dating Canada, dating USA, dating Ireland and dating UK.
Our aim is to help you to meet singles online, and discover your true love match. We can guide you and give you the tools but we cannot be held responsible for lack of dating, hopeless dating, loveless dating or anything that occurs whilst dating or during any contact with another member.
While we endeavour to make this service as safe as possible, please use our online dating personals dating site with caution as we will not be held responsible for any other member's actions during online conversations or meetings.

Terms & Conditions
1.0 General
- Our Terms & Conditions comprise the following terms and conditions, our Code of Use and our Privacy Policy.
- We allow you to access our services and online dating personals website on the basis set out in our Terms & Conditions. By registering as a member you accept our Terms & Conditions, as amended by us from time to time. You are responsible for making sure that you are aware of any changes to the Terms & Conditions.
- You may not register as a member of this online dating services website if:

- You have ever been convicted of a violent or sexually related criminal offence; or
- You are currently in a marriage or long-term relationship.
2.0 Your obligations
- You agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions, and Code of Use, and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
- You warrant that:

- you will not use the online dating services website for commercial purposes;

- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information (which includes photos) on your profile. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using the services and/or the website or in circumstances arising out of your use of the same.
- You acknowledge that the information contained in your profile is potentially available to any internet users.
- You agree to respect the privacy of other members and will not disclose the personal contact details of other members should they be provided to you.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for your contact with other members.
- You must notify us immediately if there has been a breach of your account.
3.0 Our rights and obligations
- We will operate this service to the best of our ability, however, we cannot guarantee results from the use of this site.
- We will do our best to keep the internet dating services online, with minimum disturbance to you if we consider that online maintenance is required. If we do suspend the service for maintenance/updates, we will endeavour to resume services as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to members.
- We have the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion.
- We have the right, but no obligation, to monitor any disputes between members.
4.0 Fees
- Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- The fees may be amended from time to time at our sole discretion.
- You will not be entitled to a refund upon the termination of your membership.
- Fees include goods and services tax.
5.0 Termination due to misconduct
- We reserve the right to immediately disable your account, suspend or terminate your membership, profile and any other content you submit from our online dating services website at our sole discretion.
- We can immediately terminate your membership if you breach our Terms & Conditions and/or Code of Use.
6.0 Liability
- We do not accept any responsibility for the information provided by any of our members. While we encourage our members to be truthful, we cannot guarantee that the information provided by our members is true and accurate.
- You agree to indemnify us for any loss or damage whatsoever caused to us whether directly or indirectly, as a result of your acts or omissions.
- You agree not to hold us liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever whether arising as a result of our acts or omissions or the acts or omissions of another member.
- You agree to indemnify us against any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including legal costs) incurred by us arising out of any action, claim, dispute, suit or proceeding brought by any of our customers to the extent caused by your breach of the Terms & Conditions.
7.0 Intellectual Property
- We own all intellectual property in the Lovenotes Dating internet dating services website, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons and sound recordings, and the software and other material underlying and forming part of the services and the website. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute or sell any of our intellectual property without our written consent.
8.0 Governing Law
- Our Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New Zealand.
