A – When you find someone who you think you may wish to contact and decide to send them a ‘lovenote’ e-mail through the site, you have to first become a full member. Similarly if you receive a ‘lovenote’, in order to read it you must become a full member.
Q - How much are the membership fees on your internet dating services website?
A – Our fees for one and three month memberships are on display on the left hand side of the pages of our site. If you wish to join for six months the fee is $99.

Q – There are a lot of computer programmes with which you can cut and crop photographs. Your computer probably has one but you just haven’t found it. If you are having problems then e-mail the photo to us and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Q – Someone sent me a ‘heart’ and I checked out their profile and they hadn’t filled it in!
A – Yes, we find that a bit strange. We encourage people to add a photo and complete a profile and quite often send out e-mails to individuals to get them to do it.
